Over the past two decades, Jeff has been an active Realtor in the greater Seattle market with over 600 transactions in residential, commercial, investment sales and leases. He possesses two advanced certifications; The Graduate of the Realtor Institute and The Elite Council of Residential Specialists, both held by only 5% of Realtors nationally. In addition, Jeff has been an active real estate investor, landlord, property developer, general contractor, mortgage loan officer and business owner as the Founder and CEO of Hometown Office Suites & Services (HOSS, Inc.). In 2009, Jeff, along with his wealth of knowledge, joined The Team That ROCKS!

Before selling real estate, Jeff worked in Aviation Technology and served in the U.S. Air Force.
